§1 Applicability to companies and definitions

(1) The following terms and conditions refer to all deliveries between us and a consumer. It must be observed the current version valid. A consumer is any natural person who concludes legal transactions for purposes that can not be attributed primarily to their independent occupational or commercial employment (see § 13 BGB).

§3 costs for shipping, prices, payment options and due date

(1) The prices indicated in the shop include the statutory sales tax and other price components. According to § 19 UStG no sales tax is calculated. Shipping costs will be added separately.
